Omega Fire™ is a ceramic-based, intumiscent, water-borne, fireproofing coating, that will give a 1 or 2 hour fire rating, depending on the thickness applied. Omega Fire™ is a unique blend of 8 different ceramic compounds (chosen during 6 - years research out of 1000 compounds) and intumiscent additives that combine and work together to form a heat block against extreme heat migration. Any surfaces covered by this coating is able to offer extreme heat insulation and resistance against direct fire.
- As the only one fireproof coating it passed an ASTM E119 test with the result: 3 hours PLUS!
